Welcome to the automated bill payment system, secured and operated by PayDQ for Kaptel. You may view and pay your bill using electronic check, debit card, or a Visa, MasterCard credit card.

To ensure your account and customer information is secure, please have the following information to set-up your Online Bill Pay account:

To register your account and get started, you will need to enter your three (3) number company code and the last four (4) digits of your main number on your account.

If your account number starts with 0334, your company code is 334.

If your account number starts with 0335, your company code is 335.

You can view your bills online.

The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications between you and CDS Global are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center. We safeguard any personal information you may supply and do not share it.
